Crops

Launch the AI scanning and monitoring platform in Korean strawberry greenhouses. Build and demonstrate the robotic harvesting prototype alongside it. This is the version the current raise funds.

Dairy

The same monitoring approach applied to cow health, with automated vaccine tracking. A comparable automated system already running in the US reports benefits of up to $285 per cow per year, so the value is proven before it is built.

Fish

Aquaculture, starting with olive flounder, Korea's predominant farmed fish species, alongside Korean rockfish and mullet. This is also where the circular loop closes.

International expansion into Japan, India, and China, alongside continued expansion into meat, same platform, more markets.

Year 4 and beyond, in detail

Same platform, more markets

Asia Pacific is the fastest-growing region in the global smart greenhouse market, with China, Japan, India, and South Korea all investing heavily, while Europe remains the largest established market.

Japan

The 2024 Smart Agriculture Promotion Act offers certified technology providers low interest loans, research facility access, and tax incentives, and explicitly supports robot as a service providers.

India

The National Horticultural Board covers half the capital cost of greenhouse technology adoption up to a set cap. India permits full foreign ownership of agricultural technology businesses, and a Korea–India economic partnership agreement is already in force.

China

Home to more greenhouse area than any other country, much of it still older, lower tech film greenhouses, a market where Biocenza can replace older technology alongside China's own modernization push.
